57 belly tanks for a data center in Eemshaven

Eemshaven in Groningen has grown into one of the largest data center locations in the Netherlands. CTC Tankbouw is supplying 57 belly tanks for the emergency power supply at a data center at this location.

Each of the 57 emergency power generators will have its own belly tank: a fuel tank that also serves as the generator’s base. This means the fuel supply is located directly beneath the generator, creating a compact setup without the need for additional storage tanks or piping on the premises. As a result, the data center can continue to operate without interruption in the event of a power grid failure.
